A woman and child on a bike roll by Felix Restaurant & Bar in SoHo. NY Mag says that, while Felix has some decent French dishes -- like  moules frites and spicy merguez sausage -- it's best suited as a rest stop for downtown shoppers... "to throw back a beer or cold Lillet, compare purchases, and figure out where you’re going next."  A good Sunday Funday spot.           CLICK TO ENLARGE
