The Stumble Inn, at 1454 2nd Ave., was opened in May 2008, by the owners of Down the Hatch, Jake's Dilemma, The Gin Mill, and Off the Wagon. NY Mag touts this Upper East Side sports bar as having "the most generous six-day-a-week happy hour on the island: The whole bar is half price until seven."
